칠레산 킹크랩(King Crab)

매년 7월 부터 11월 까지는 칠레 남부쪽에선 스페인어로 "Centolla"라는 칠레 킹크랩이 어획 됩니다.

일반적으로 Estados Unidos de América, Holanda, Bélgica, Alemania, Francia, España, Italia. 미국, 폴란드, 벨기에, 독일, 프랑스, 스페인, 이탈리아 로 수출이 되고 있으며, 어획후 즉시 Precocido(데친) 상태로 IQF 방식-급속 냉동으로 하기 사진들과 같이 개별로 팩킹을 합니다.

From July to November every year, Chilean king crab, called "Centolla" in Spanish, is caught in southern Chile.

It is exported to the United States, Poland, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy, and it is packed individually as shown in the pictures below by rapid freezing through the IQF method in a precocido state immediately after catching.
