칠레 / 페루산 대왕 오징어(King, Giant squid)

연중 칠레-페루 국경간 대왕 오징어를 잡는것으로 칠레 수산부청 홈페이지엔 나와 있으나 일반적으로는 매년 5월 부터 연말 12월 ~1월까지만 잡히며, 1.5m 이상이 되는 오징어에 대해 대왕 오징어로 분류 합니다.

귀 / 몸통 / 다리 로 분류 하며, 하기 사진과 같이 작업 하여 BQF 처리 하여 발송 합니다.

Squids longer than 1.5m are classified as giant squid.
It is classified into ears/body/legs, and BQF processed and sent out as shown in the picture below.
